She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Yezbak and Catherine Solomon Yezbak; and her sister Julia Ann "Judy" Ansill. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Joseph James Chomiak (Colleen) of Connellsville, Robert Thomas Chomiak (Kelley) of Atlanta, GA and Benjamin Chomiak (Erin) of Austin; her grandchildren, Olivia, Jacob Chomiak, Tia Chomiak, Mackenzie and Zachary Strong; her niece Catherine; and her siblings, Charles Yezbak, Jr. (Alice "Appie") of Uniontown, Thomas Yezbak (Sandra) of Hopwood and Dolores "Dorie" Black (Wilbur) of Willoughby, OH..
The family understands the difficulty for family and friends to attend the services during the COVID pandemic.
