She was predeceased by: her husband Alfonso D. Carolla; her mother Theresa Tokar Papincak Olear; and her brothers, Joseph Papincak, John Papincak (Dolores) and Michael Papincak (Rosalie).
She is survived by: her nephew Rodney Teets; her niece Andrea Papincak; her son Alfonso Daniel Carolla II (Debbie); her grandchildren, Daniel (Ashlee), Jonathon and Jillian; her children, Isaiah, Samuel Luke, Emilee Looney, Sheila Carolla Peters (George) and Laura Carolla; her grandson Vincent; her brother George Papincak (Helen); her nephew Steven; her caregivers, Carolyn, Kenny and Cheryl; and also, Mike, Diane, Pat and Marlys.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Vincent DePaul, 70 N. Mount Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA 15401.
