He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Steele and Harriett McGinty Steele; his wife Debbie; and his brother Thomas R. Steele Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel N. Steele (Linda) of The Villages, FL, Amy Steele Bolger of Norriton, PA, Leah Steele Foster of Richmond, VA and Roberta Steele Relich (Pat) of Burke, VA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
