She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas S. Cunningham and Margaret M. McDowell Cunningham; and her sister Cathleen M. Cunningham. She is survived by: her husband Robert Harper of Uniontown; her children, Attorney Robert Harper Jr., Stephen Harper and PharmD; her grandchildren, Alexandria Paige Harper, Harper Elizabeth Diamond, Christopher "Trip" William Diamond III, Ella Jean Lou Diamond and Alivia Grace Harper; her brother Thomas Scott Cunningham (Charlene); her siblings-in-law, William Harper (Frances), Janie Harper Crossland, James Harper (Lani) and Ronald Harper (Bonnie); and her pet Ali. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Cindy would love for donations to be sent to Mount Moriah Christian School in Smithfield, PA in her memory.
