She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Ray and Mary Katheryn David (Goodwin); her husband Earl Burnworth; her son Terry Earl Burnworth; her siblings, Jean Strmal, Frances Fisher and Ruth Altizer; and her son-in-law JB Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Thomas of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Janel Servis, Robin Brown and Matthew Thomas; her great grandchildren, Natasha Hogan, Cassandra Burdo and Halle Brown; her sister Elizabeth Moore of Weedville, PA; and her daughter-in-law Carol Burnworth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
