She was predeceased by: her parents, Welton "Henry" Clay and Irene Loretta Oplinger (Smith); and her siblings, Loretta Evans, Vera McDonough, Alice Hill, Ida Mae Herron and Henry Oplinger. She is also survived by family members, including her numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
