She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Larry "Buck" Smithberger and Maureen Moran Smithberger; her husband Stephen of Uniontown; her stepchildren, Stephen Tobak, Jr. (Stacie) and Jessica; her brother David Smithberger (Leigh Ann) of Scottdale; her niece Jordan Smithberger; her cousins, Thomas Ruble (Charlene), Susan Ruble Oom (Bernie), Janice Ruble Weaver (Robert), Linda Ruble, Mary Lenox, Patty Coffman Wilson (Steve), Mark Coffman (Sharon) and Jane Coffman Leech (Tom); and her close friends, Clare, Vicki, Jen and Joyce.
The family suggests donations may be made in Leslie's name to the National Kidney Foundation, the American Cancer Society or Fayette Friends of Animals.
