She is survived by: her children, Kelley Wilhelm (Paul) of Ohiopyle, Jeffrey Rush (Mary Ann) of Uniontown, Jerrey Rush (Amy) of Leawood, KS and Jill Streit (William) of Eighty Four; her grandchildren, Aaron, Addison Wilhelm, Benjamin, Logan, Sydney Rush, Hilary and Brittany Streit; her siblings, Teresa Duncan (Jerry), Roseann Yeatts and Leonard "Gerard" Masi (Stephanie); and her caregivers, Yvonne, Rosa, Sydney and Lenora.
