We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2023, at the age of 45, Kristan Leigh Fleming of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ellis and Rachel Ellen Fleming (Lovett); and the father of her child Anthony Moser. She is survived by: her daughter Kaleigh Moser of Isabella; and her siblings, Monica Tobak (Mark) of Uledi and David Fleming of Uniontown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
