She is survived by: her children, Phillip (Henrietta) of Wharton Township and Denise Sweitzer (Jack) of Hopwood; her sister Evelyn Zentkovich of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Amy Girard of Tampa, FL, James Girard (Trisha) of Gibbon Glade, Karen Plichta (Carl) of Chalk Hill, Danielle Sweitzer of Perryopolis and Mark Sweitzer (Beth) of Bridgeport, WV.; and her great grandchildren, Briana Girard, Kaley Plichta, Grace Sweitzer and Boden Sweitzer.
