It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karla Hyatt of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Herman Eckhardt Jr. and Margaret Eckhardt (Lambert); her daughter Kelly Branson; and her sister Renee A. Schmotzer. She is survived by: her husband John Joseph Hyatt; her grandchild Macie Jo; her siblings, Carl H. Eckhardt, III of Green Bay, Christine Bracker (Scott) of Brownsville and Erik P. Eckhardt (Leslea) of Mount Pleasant; and her brother-in-law Michael Schmotzer.
