He is survived by: his wife Harriet Michniak (Yocum); his children, Kristina Garrison (Kevin) of Uniontown, Jozef R. Michniak (Jessica Lemro) of Uniontown and Jonathan Michniak (Jeanine) of Uniontown; his granddaughter Aurora Garrison; and his siblings, Zdzislaw Michniak (Boguslawa) of Moszczenica, Halina Rzaca (late Krzysztof) of Moszczenica and Janek Michniak (Helena) of Moszczenica. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
