He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cullen and Rebecca L. Cullen (Geisel); his children, Valerie Jean Cullen, John and Robert Cullen; and his sisters, Martha Gaspar and Mary Ann Robertson.
He is survived by: his close friend Alice R. Parker; his children, Rachel Parker of Fairbanks, Rebecca Gregor (William Hibbard) of Uniontown, Leatha Livingston of New Mexico, Chuck Cullen (Amy) of McClellandtown and Margaret Cullen of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Jessica McFadden, John Parker (Maggie), Jonathan and Max Gregor; and his sister Margaret Sorrell of Virginia. He is also survived by other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
