Jorkasky II, James Jorkasky (Autumn) of Lemont Furnace, PA, Andrew Jorkasky and Nicholas Jorkasky of Uniontown, PA; his granddaughter Noelle Jorkasky; and his sisters, Lucy Goodwin (Bob) of West Leisenring, PA and Rosie Smith of Altoona, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
