He is survived by: his son Brian Robert Ludy (Danielle); his granddaughter Cherie Lynn Ludy Trout of Uniontown; the mother of his children Michele Pokorny (Momo); his grandchildren, Noah Ludy of Uniontown, Evan Ludy of Uniontown, Isabella Trout of Uniontown, Isaac Trout of Uniontown, Brody Ludy of Uniontown, Chase Ludy of Uniontown, Maxwell Ludy of Uniontown and Paige Miller of Uniontown; his close friend Anita Marie Matthews (Little Dear); his sister-in-law Audry Ludy; his nieces, Linda Baker (Bob) and Lois Uphouse (Jay); and also Michelle Miller (Randy) of Uniontown.
