She was predeceased by: her father George J. Susa; and her grandparents, Michael, Anna Susa (Jakubec), Magosho and Tsuya Maeda (Miyamori).
She is survived by: her mother Misako Susa (Maeda) of Uniontown; and her siblings, Ann Prah, Joyce M. Susa (Thomas Barnes) and Michael S. Susa, Sr. of Uniontown. She is also survived by aunts and several cousins.
Due to protective measures observed during the Corona Virus pandemic, a Private Blessing Service for the family will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, Inc. 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, PA.
