He is survived by: his wife Karen White (Huber); his daughters, Amy Jo Ambrisco (Brian), Debra Lynn White (Steve McGalla) and Lisa Marie Hampe (Michael); and his grandchildren, Matthew Hampe (Nikki), Kaley Kanuch, Ally Ambrisco, Jayce Hampe and Tanner Ambrisco.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be given to the American Legion Post 51 (508 E Main St Uniontown, Pa 15401).
