He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillips and Rose Blaney Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Karen R. Phillips of Uniontown; his children, Kristopher Norris (Christy) of Uniontown, Kristen Mitchell (Charles) of Uniontown and Anna Mae Norris (Ron) of Uniontown; and his siblings, Brian Phillips (Tammy) of Uniontown, Thomas Phillips, Jr. of Lamosa, Joseph Phillips (Tammy) of Hopwood and Shelley Myers (Tom) of Essex, MD. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
