He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin B. Clegg and Margaret Clegg (Baker); and his brother William Clegg. He is survived by: his wife Victoria A. Clegg (Patch); and his sisters, Edwina Jean Wise of Pittsburgh, PA and Sharon Lee Mullen of Uniontown, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
