She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kolesar and Bridgette Kolesar; her husband Andrew Robert "Bob" Clay; her son Ronald S. Clay; and her siblings, Joseph, Edward Kolesar and Mary Ann Koleck.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert A. "Bob" Clay (Betty) of New Geneva and Michael J. Clay (Faye) of Uniontown; and her brother John Kolesar of Continental.
