She was predeceased by: her father Frank Sr. Platz; and her husband Armand Adao (Sonny). She is survived by: her mother Emma Platz (Gocal); her brother Frank "Buck" Platz Jr.; her children, Linda Ruda (Edward) and Victor Adao (Janine); her grandchildren, Kristin Jones (Don), Tyler Ruda (Jill), Evan Ruda and Gianna Ruda; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Rocco Jones; her sister JoAnn Pecsko (John); and her close friends, Lucy, Lou, Ann, Joe and Rose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to The Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America or The St. Vincent De Paul Society of Uniontown.
