He was predeceased by: his father Harry N. Neil Jr.; and his son Alex Draven Neil. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lee Neil (Huseman) of Uniontown; his children, Joshua Neil (Kayla Shumar) of Brownsville, PA, Chasity Pritts (Bobby Norman) of Uniontown and Alexa Neil of Merrittstown; and his siblings, Lisa Bell (Tom) of New Salem and Shawn Sinosky (Lori) of New Salem. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
