He is survived by: his son Seth Klingensmith; his stepson Brett Eberhart Jr. of Acme; his sisters, Sherry Kusiolek of Myrtle Beach, SC, Deanna Klingensmith of Rodenbach Germany and Elena Mitchell of Ravenna Ohio; and his niece Lacey Klingensmith of Jeanette.
