He was predeceased by: his wife Leslie Hinch Squires; and his brother Dale Squires. He is survived by: his sons, Philip Shawn Squires of Pittsburgh and Dr. Jeffrey Scott Squires (Kira Dreher); and his grandchildren, Anza Jane Squires and Adaline Daniela Squires.
