Mohney of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on September 20, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vetter and Veronika Vetter; and her husband Vernon R. Mohney. She is survived by: her children, Terry Mohney and Tami Mohney; and her sister Christina Pitek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; she was the youngest of twelve children.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church (180 Old Walnut Hill Rd, Uniontown, PA 15401).
