She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Newman and Ada Belle Newman (Cobb). She is survived by: her son Gary A. Swaney of Uniontown; her siblings, George Newman of Fairchance, Charles "Chuck" Newman of Greensboro, Janice Darnell of Bruceton Mills, W. Va and Linda Bryner of Uniontown; her husband Lewis Swaney; and her siblings, Evelyn McGee, William, Robert, David, Larry Wayne and Raymond Newman. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
