He is survived by: his brother-in-law Wade Baber; his son Elliot N. Rizer, Jr. (Jamie James Rizer); his grandchildren, Gianna, Roman and Dax; and his siblings, Arthur E. Rizer (Michelle) and Nancy Pritt (Blaine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
