She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Hubany and Anna Hubany (Semancik); her husband John G. Swartz; her son Thomas M. Swartz; and her siblings, Margaret Semans (Hubany), Bob (Margaret "Pegg") and Michael (Dyanna).
She is survived by: her son Daniel J. (Leslie); her grandson Justin of Dallastown, PA; and her sister Barbara Barrick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church (50 N Morgantown St, Fairchance, PA 15436).
