Elizabeth M. Kovach Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2022, at the age of 101, Elizabeth M. Kovach of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yasechko and Emma Yasechko (Saltrick); her husband George Kovach; her brothers, Joseph "Sonny" and Albert Yasechko (Ann); and her siblings-in-law, Jean Yasechko and Johnny Smoshinsky.

She is survived by: her son Dr. George "Skip" Kovach (Carol); her grandchildren, Rob Kovach (Julia), Reed Kovach, Mike Kovach, Keia Kovach, Kendra and Tay Lynn Deevers; her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Logan, Addison, Beatrix "Trixie" and Phillipa "Pippa" Kovach; her siblings, Josephine Smoshinsky, Charles and Richard Yasechko; her sister-in-law Marianne Yasechko; and her nieces and nephews, Albert "Butch", Daniel, Bobby, Ronnie, Charles Yasechko, Johnny Smoshinsky, Carolyn, Maureen Yasechko, Patty, Charlene Smoshinsky and Cheryl Kurosky.

In lieu of flowers family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Joseph Church or St. Vincent De Paul in her memory.
