She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Franks (Ohler); her husband Michael Edward Phillip; her sons, Michael Edwards Phillip III (Samantha Lynn Bankhead), Matthew Ryan Phillip (Katie Lynn Kerr) and Mason Andrew Phillip; her granddaughter Nora Sophia Phillip; and her siblings, Phillip Sam Franks, Jackie Sue Franks, Kimberly Sue Franks Sero (Frank Sero) and Phillip Andrew Franks. She is also survived by 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 7 great nieces, and 7 great nephews.
