With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Ann Churilla of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 26, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Churilla and Julia Ann Churilla (Lalakulich). She is survived by: her siblings, William G. Churilla of Uniontown and Donna M. Cook (Michael) of Connellsville; her niece Jennifer Cook of Connellsville; and her nephew Brian Cook of Beaver County. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of other tributes, contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital may be made in her memory.
