He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Franks. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Franks (Feuster); his daughters, Darlene Sanger (Joe) and Cheryl Price (Jeff); and his brother Charles Franks (Carol). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
