He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Jones and Mildred Sickles Jones. He is survived by: his son Kevin D. Jones; his grandson Quinn Jones (Whitney Lawrence); and also Mary Ellen Jones.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations in Dale's name to the Fort Burd United Presbyterian Church, 200 Thornton Rd.Brownsville, PA 15417.
