She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold "Shorty" Collins and Dorothy Collins (Gales); and her husband Simon R. Ferris. She is survived by: her children, Brent R. Ferris (Terri) of Smock and Lisa A. Ferris; her grandchildren, Taylor Rose Ferris, Brent Cy Ferris, William David Kusniar and Simon Ferris Kusniar; her children, DeShawna Alexys and Levi Alexander; her siblings, Linda Adams, Jeanie Glodziak, Wayne Collins, Debra Collins, Mark Collins (Deb), Cynthia Toth (Michael) and Bobbi Jo Rubenstein (Mose); her godson Clinton Ferris; her niece Toth Kurosky; and her caregiver Lisa Grabiak. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
