She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zabrosky and Santi Ciampanelli Zabrosky; and her brother Charles Edward Zabrosky (Eddie). She is survived by: her husband William H. Conn; her daughter Samantha McClelland (Brad McClelland); her grandchildren, Ava, Olivia McClelland and Isaiah McClelland of Hopwood, PA.; and her daughter Sabrina Absher (Morgan Absher) of Uniontown, PA..

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to one of Charlotte's favorite charities in her name, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, at stjude.org.
