She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Craggs and Helen Craggs; her husband Clyde Moon; and her siblings, Helen Hatfield, Shirley Barncord and Charles Craggs.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Herbst (Tom) of Republic, PA, Clyde III (Jo) of Venlecia, Spain, Charles (Denice) of Welsey Chaple, FL, Susan Macar (Paul) of Uniontown, PA, Paul (Aimee) of Springhill, FL and Adam (Jennifer) of Raleigh, NC; her brother Richard Craggs of Monongahela; and her daughter Amanda Haines. She is also survived by 15 grandkids, 26 great-grandkids, and one great-great-grandchild; and a very special granddaughter.
