She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Sztuk and Mary Sztuk (Michniewicz); her husbands, Frank Balzer and Victor R. Myers; and her siblings, Stephanie Henne, Dorothy Shelbaugh, Frances Molena, Loretta Kitzmark, Wanda Sztuk and Theodore Sztuk.
She is survived by: her close friend John Scarmazzi of Uniontown; her sons, Kenneth W. Balzer (Donna) of South Carolina and Raymond J. Balzer (MaryAnne) of South Dakota; her granddaughter Hilary Frith of Fairfax, VA; and her great grandchild Lexi Frith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
