He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle L. Tracy and Ida E. Tracy (Perry); his sister Jane Clemmer; his parents-in-law, Edward and Helen Petro; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Lindsay and Russell Clemmer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Tracy (Petro); his children, Sue Wright (Jay) of Belton, SC, Michael J. Tracy of Annapolis, MD and Christopher T. Tracy (Shannon) of Davis, CA; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Jared Wright, Paige, Adele and Sebastian Tracy; his great grandchild Josselyn Wright; and his sister Jean Lindsay of Uniontown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
