He is survived by: his sisters, Julia Ann Zagata of Uniontown and Roni Sue Zagata Ritz (Greg) of Uniontown; his nephew Tito Bailey (Sarah) of Uniontown; and his niece La'Dina Zagata (Maggie Martin) of Uniontown. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews, other relatives and friends.
