He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Sr. Kacmar and Anna Kacmar (Fiffik); and his siblings, Joseph, Joan, Catherine, Stephen, Martha, Edward, Paul, Raymond, Frank and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Lou Micozzi (Carlo) of Uniontown, Marlene Kacmar of Uniontown, Gerry Kacmar (Deanne) of Uniontown, Geralyn Kacmar-Martin (Pat) of Uniontown, Andrea Kacmar of Uniontown, Amy Kacmar of Uniontown and Betty Geller (Randy) of Hopwood; his grandchildren, Rebecca Micozzi, Jennifer Micozzi (Mike Rowe), Patricia Micozzi (Ryan Murphy), Jeremy Clark (Karrie), Jesse Clark, Jayson Kacmar (Melissa) and Jaclyn Kacmar; his great grandchild Isabella Rowe; his godson David Kacmar; and his pets, Wishbone and Sprinkles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorial contributions to the Fayette Friends of Animals, 223 Searights Herbert Road, Uniontown, PA, 15401 in his memory because he would always say "You got to take care of the animals!".
