She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Cappola and Joanna Cappola (Garfara); her husband Serafino; her siblings, James Cappola, Adeline Barchetti (Peter) and Nicolena Mantenuti (Nicholas); her nieces and nephews, James Barchetti, Geno, Anna Marie Barchetti, Nancy Mantenuti and Joanna Piczko (Joseph); her son-in-law Kenneth B. Kozel; and her great grandchild Faith Kozel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine V. Kozel and Lorraine Guappone (Michael). She is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nephews and a niece.
