Penny; her children, Shelly Ballard (Meatball), Connie Penny and Lee Penny (Mary); her sisters, Joyce Roody (Al) and Barbara Phillips; her nieces and nephews, Matthew Smith (Randi Ladner), Riley, Jace and Ashlyn; and her pets, Bullwinkle and Rocky.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, Inc. (25 Susquehanna Ave, Hallstead, PA 18822). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
