She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry William Rubner and Jessie Bierwerth Rubner; her husband Robert F. Wellmon; and her siblings, Edna, Opal, Doris, Mildred, Tessy and Glenn.
She is survived by: her daughter Vivian M. Fosburg of Centerville; and her siblings, Evelyn Rubner of Meadville and Perry Max Rubner of Conneaut Lake. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
