She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Ted" Squire and Gladys Bennett Squire; and her brothers, Raymond and Dennis Squire. She is survived by: her husband Norman Troyer; her son Jeffrey Troyer; her stepchildren, Kimberlie J. Dawson (Thomas) of Union City and Heather S. Hornaman (Thomas) of Union City; her siblings, Charles Squire (Marjorie) of Orville, Ohio and Sharon Bucklew of Plano, Texas; her grandchildren, Ashley Berger (Eric) of New Wilmington, Tyler Dawson (Macy) of Union City, Savanna Strick (Ben) of East Springfield, Collen Hornaman of Union City, Blake Hornaman of Union City and Keegan Hornaman of Union City; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Adalynn Berger and Hailey Strick.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Union City First Global Methodist Church (42 W High St, Union City, PA 16438). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the American Legion (9225 US-6, Union City, PA 16438).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Union City Library at 2 Stranahan Street, Union City, Pennsylvania 16438, or to Union City First Global Methodist Church, at 42 East High Street, Union City, Pennsylvania 16438.
