She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bigham and Thelma Bigham; and her sister Caroline. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Leroy Keefer, Sr. of Union City; her sons, Wayne Keefer, Jr. (Staci), Darryl Keefer (Karen A.), Randy Keefer, Phil Keefer (Brenda), Dan Keefer (Amy) and Jason Keefer (Karen V.); her siblings, David Norman and Kathleen; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
