With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Hibbard Cullen of Union City, Pennsylvania, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hibbard and Kathryn "Pete" Logan Hibbard of Conneaut Lake; her granddaughter Britney Lewis; her brother Richard Hibbard; her nephew Edward Barstow; and her brother-in-law Marvin Bradway.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her siblings, Robert Hibbard (Linda) of St. Petersburg, FL and Mona Bradway of Union City; her daughters, Andrea Ranyak (Terry), Lori Lewis (Michael) and Caroll Johnson; her grandchildren, Cole Lewis (Cynthia), Amber Saylor (Lewis), Dylan Lewis and Kathryn Johnson; her great grandchildren, Cora Lewis, Zuri Price and James Saylor (Jay); and also Nancy of Conneaut Lake, PA.
