We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2019, at the age of 96, Rhea Lilley (Union City, Pennsylvania), born in Rittman, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Friedt and Ida Kurtz Friedt Short; her husband William Lilley; and her daughters, Marlene Gilbert Prenatt, Theresa Lilley and Sandra Lilley.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger E. Lilley of Erie, William C. Lilley of Meadville and Richard L. Lilley of Meadville; her sisters, Glenda Short and Betty Borer; and also Richard of Ozark, Arkansas.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
