She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman H. Zimmer and Beatrice Applebee Zimmer; her husband George Lowe; her siblings, Eleanor Mokwa, Jane Allen and Frank Zimmer; her daughter-in-law Karen Lowe; and her granddaughter Bonnie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Phil Lowe of Union City, Joyce Williams (John) of Waterford, Bea Thurau of Union City, Linda Melnick (Blaine) of Waterford and Sandee Williams (Duane) of Union City; and her siblings, Dolores Leslie, Rosalyn Briggs (Daniel), Jack H. Zimmer (Jeanne) and Jerold A. Zimmer (MaryLou). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
