She was predeceased by: her parents, John Conklin and Edna Chalker Conklin; her husband Roy C. Hayes; her children, Michael, Daniel Hayes and Susan Hayes; her brothers, Fred, Howard, Glenn and Johnny Conklin; and her grandsons, Danny, Terry Hayes and Samuel Palmer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Gross of Union City, Diane Palmer of Fairview, Sally Fralick (Jerry) of Union City and Londa Shrock (Timothy) of Union City; and her sisters, Beverly Maryott of North East and Edith Boutwell (Brock) of Union City. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
