It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Dudas (Union City, Pennsylvania), born in West Hickory, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Merkle and Madolyn Cook Merkle; her husband Frank J. Dudas; her daughter Deborah Richardson; her grandson Charles B. Gates; her great grandchild Marshall R. Pike; and her siblings, Norma Harkless, Donald, Jim, Kenny and Cub Merkle.
She is survived by: her children, Monica Davis (Bob) of Corry, Valerie Downor (Jay) of Union City, Deidre Gates (Chuck) of Elgin and Frank Dudas (Rose) of Conneaut, Ohio; her siblings, Helen Turner (Carl) of McKean and Louis "Butch" Merkle (Agnes) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her son-in-law Forest "Topper" Richardson; and her parents-in-law, Elizabeth Dudas, Teresa King and Paul Dudas (Jane). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.
